EquipmentShare's cloud-connected keypads ensure that you are in control of misuse and theft. One of the advantages of using keycodes is you can remove a code if you feel it has been compromised or you suspect misuse. Once the code has been deleted, it will be removed from all your machines, shutting down access with the code.

Only a Manager or Owner role can delete a company keypad code.

  • Log into T3's Fleet web app.

  • Select Company from the left navigation menu.

  • Select the Keypad Codes tab at the top.

  • Locate the Keycode for deleting. Select the action ellipsis from the far right and choose Delete.

  • The Keycode has been deleted.
