Assets can be added to a group by Managers, Owners or Admins. Adding assets to a group means only members of that group will be able to view the assets in EquipmentShare Track.
How to Add Assets to a Group
The assets and group must already exist in EquipmentShare Track.
- From EquipmentShare Track, select Company from the left navigation menu.
- Select Group tab.
- Select the Assets tab.
- Select a Group from the dropdown options.
- From the Ungrouped Assets table, locate the asset to add to a group. Click the + sign to add the asset to the group.
- Once the assets have been added to the group, click Save.
- The assets are now assigned to the group!
