In Link, users can view requested rentals from their mobile device. This allows users to see their reserved rentals before the asset is on-rent.

  • Only rentals in a status of Draft, Pending, and Scheduled will be displayed.

  • The Manager and Owner roles can view all reservation requests.

  • The User role can only view reservations requested by that user.

  • From the Link app, click Rentals

  • Select Reserved. The current rentals that are in a Reserved status will display.

  • Select the Rental to view rental details. Click the picture for a closer view of the asset.
