In Link, users can view requested rentals from their mobile device. This allows users to see their reserved rentals before the asset is on-rent.
- Only rentals in a status of Draft, Pending, and Scheduled will be displayed.
- The Manager and Owner roles can view all reservation requests.
- The User role can only view reservations requested by that user.
Accessing Reserved Rentals from Link
- From the Link app, click Rentals.
- Select Reserved. The current rentals that are in a Reserved status will display.
- Select the Rental to view rental details. Click the picture for a closer view of the asset.
