In Link, users can view requested rentals from their mobile device. This allows users to see their reserved rentals before the asset is on-rent.
Only rentals in a status of Draft, Pending, and Scheduled will be displayed.
The Manager and Owner roles can view all reservation requests.
The User role can only view reservations requested by that user.
Accessing Reserved Rentals from Link
From the Link app, click Rentals.
Select Reserved. The current rentals that are in a Reserved status will display.
Select the Rental to view rental details. Click the picture for a closer view of the asset.
