The instructions below provide a solution when reports, pages, or other displays are not loading as expected within EquipmentShare Track. 

Chrome Browser

  • When logged into EquipmentShare Track using Chrome browser, right-click anywhere on the screen and select Inspect
  • Right-click the Refresh icon and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload
  • Closeout of the dialogue box on the left side by clicking the X in the upper right-hand corner. 
  • Your cache has been cleared. 

Firefox Browser

  • From your Firefox browser, select the menu icon on the far right corner. 
  • Select Preferences
  • Select Privacy & Security on the left side. 
  • Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section, and select Clear Data
  • Check the Cached Web Content box and select Clear
  • Your cache has been cleared.
