When using the Link app to complete your Rapid Rent reservation, you may encounter an error prior to signing your rental agreement if your company doesn't have a valid Renter Floater on file.

To use Rapid Rents, you must have a Rental Floater on file with EquipmentShare. Please note, Rental Floater and COI are different.

To fix the issue, contact our Customer Support team using the blue chat icon or reach out to your local EquipmentShare branch and they can assist you with adding a Renter Floater for your company.
