As a rental customer, you have several options for signing your Rental Agreement.

  • Open the email you received after you placed your rental order. There will be a Rental Agreement you can digitally sign.

  • Visit the EquipmentShare Branch where you are renting your equipment. The Rental Coordinator at the front desk can have you digitally sign your agreement.

  • Log into EquipmentShare T3 and access your rental order's agreement (instructions below).

  • Log into our Link app and access your rental order's agreement (instructions below).

Accessing Rental Agreement from T3

  • Log in to app.estrack.com

  • Select the app drawer to access the Fleet browser app.

  • Select Rentals in the left menu.

  • Select Rentals across the top.

  • From the Rentals table, select the Rental link (left column).

  • From the Rental Agreement, select the Not Signed - Click Here to Sign text along the top.

  • Read the legal Terms & Conditions and type name in the By field and enter your job title in the Title field. Select the I Agree button.

Accessing Rental Agreement from the Link app

  • Log into the Link app from your phone. (If you do not have the app, download from the app store searching ES-Link)

  • Select Rentals from the main menu.

  • Select your rental from the list.

  • From the Rental overview screen, select View Rental Agreement.

  • The contract will open. Select Not Signed - Click Here to Sign.

  • Read the legal Terms & Conditions and type name in the By field and enter your job title in the Title field. Select the I Agree button.
