Managing Profile Images in T3 Camera Page for Facial Recognition

View, clean up, and manage photos that make up each facial recognition profile.

Updated today

The Facial Recognition settings page displays the full image gallery for each profile. You can see all images tied to a profile, delete photos with bad angles or that don't belong, and choose which photo represents the profile across the portal.

How to Use It

View Profile Images

  • From the T3 Camera page, access the Settings tab and then Facial Recognition.

  • Each profile card shows a thumbnail gallery at the bottom. Click any thumbnail to see the full-size image.

A star icon marks the primary image — the photo shown for that profile across the portal.

Set a Primary Image or Delete an Image

Select any of the thumbnails at the bottom of a driver profile card.

Then, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the selected image:

  • Set as Primary — Makes that photo the profile's main image across the portal.

  • Delete — Removes a photo that doesn't belong or has a poor angle.

Verify Driver-Uploaded Photos

When a driver uploads a photo through DriveShield, it appears on the profile card with a Photo Source label.

  1. Filter Facial Recognition Driver Profiles by the “Pending” category

  2. Review the photo.

  3. Click Verify to approve it, or Reject to decline it.

    • Approved photos show a Verified badge.

  4. Need to undo? Click the ⋮ menu on the image and select the revert option. This restores the Verify/Reject buttons.

Use the toggles at the top of the page to narrow the list:
