What should I do if I need service for EquipmentShare rented equipment?

Instructions on how to request service for an EquipmentShare rental.

There are a few methods to request service on an EquipmentShare rental with T3 or the EquipmentShare website.

Once you submit the Service Request, you will receive a confirmation email. The EquipmentShare Service Manager will then contact you directly to discuss the issues and determine when/where a technician will be dispatched.

Note: For scheduled service maintenance requests, such as oil changes or filter changes, a service technician will coordinate the service schedule. For all other non-scheduled service maintenance requests, follow the instructions below.

Requesting Service in T3

Method 1

  • Log into T3's Fleet web app.

  • Select Rentals from the left navigation menu.

  • Select the Rental tab (across the top).

  • Locate the asset in need of service, and scroll to the right.

  • Select the Action ellipsis and then Request Service.

  • Complete the Request Service window and click Request.

Method 2

  • Log into T3's Fleet web app.

  • Select Rentals from the left navigation menu.

  • Select the Rental tab (across the top).

  • Select the Rental ID link or the Asset link to open the asset details.

  • See the Request Service form and enter the details before selecting Request.

Requesting Service from the EquipmentShare Website

  • Open the Request Service form.

  • Enter your information.

  • Select Submit Request.

OR

Select Your Account.

  • Select Your Orders and Rentals.

  • Select the Actions ellipsis and select Request Service.
