If you encounter any issues with your rented equipment or require service, we've made it easy for you to get the support you need quickly and efficiently.

  1. Request Service from Your Rental Account (Don't have an account? Set one up):

    1. From your Rental Account, select Order History & Rentals.

    2. Select the Active tab to see all of your rentals.

    3. From the piece of equipment that needs attention, select the orange ellipsis in the Actions column, and then Request Service.

    4. Complete the form and select Submit Request.

  2. Online Service Request:

    • Visit our Service Request page at EquipmentShare Service Request.

    • Fill out the form with details about the equipment issue and your contact information. This allows us to understand your needs and address the problem promptly.

  3. Immediate Assistance:

    • For immediate support or specific questions, please contact our support team through the Need Help button in T3 or the chat icon on the https://www.equipmentshare.com/ website.

    • Alternatively, you can call our customer service directly at 1.888.80.RENTS. Our team is ready to assist you with any urgent needs.
