If you've decided you no longer need the rental you reserved from the EquipmentShare Rent app, follow these simple steps to cancel the order.
Important: You can cancel the rental from the Rent app up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental. Otherwise, contact your local EquipmentShare branch to cancel the order.
Open the Rent app from your smartphone device.
Select the Reservations tile from the homepage
or
Select My Rentals along the bottom navigation bar.
Within the Reservations tab, select the rental order that you need to cancel.
Scroll to the bottom of the rental and select Cancel Reservation.
