Any rental customers will have the ability to view their statements in T3. Simply follow the steps below.
Billing statements provide a detailed record of your account activity, including invoices, payments, and credit notes. There are two main types of statements: Activity Statement, which includes all transactions such as payments and invoices, and Aging Statement, which displays only unpaid invoices.
Log into T3's Fleet web app.
Select Billing from the left menu.
Select the Download Statement button. Choose Activity Statement to view all transactions, Aging Statement to see unpaid invoices, or other options like Open Items and As of Statement. Then select Download.
A PDF file format will download that will display a summary of your selected statement type. For example, an Activity Statement will show all transactions, while an Aging Statement will focus on unpaid invoices.
Does the Download Statement feature only show unpaid invoices?
No. The Activity Statement shows all transactions, while the Aging Statement shows only unpaid invoices.
