Using T3 Analytics, you can gain valuable insights to better manage your fleet. You can download or export the data and save it to your desktop for further analysis.
Downloading a T3 Analytics Report
Access the T3 Analytics web app.
Search for a report using the search bar or navigating the left menu.
Select a report.
Downloading the entire dashboard of data
Within the report, find the 3-stacked ellipsis. Select the ellipsis and then Download.
Select from the following formats:
PDF: When choosing PDF, you can select Paper Size and formatting options.
CSV: When choosing CSV, the file will download in a plain text file that contains data separated by commas.- Note: The CSV file may be delivered inside a ZIP file. Double-click the ZIP to access the CSV, which contains all rows, not just the visible portion.
Select Download.
The report will download.
Downloading a tile of data
Within the report, find the 3-stacked ellipsis from a data tile. You may have to hover over the right corner to see it. Select the ellipsis and then Download data.
Select from the following formats:
TXT file: A plain text file that contains unformatted text.
Excel: A spreadsheet file (must use excel 2007 or later).
CSV: A plain text file that contains data separated by commas.
JSON: A javascript text format.
HTML: A markup language file.
Markdown: Used to format text for converting to HTML and other formats.
PNG: Creates an image file.
Expand the Advanced data options to customize your download.
Note: If downloading a CSV or Excel, choose All results as the Number of rows to include.
Select Download.
The report will download.
Tips for Ensuring Complete Data Export
To obtain the entire dataset, always choose the CSV format from the three-dot menu. This ensures that all rows, not just the visible portion, are included.
If you need a printer-friendly version, select PDF for a well-formatted layout.
Common Issues and Troubleshooting
ZIP File Handling: If the CSV file is delivered in a ZIP file, ensure you extract it by double-clicking the ZIP to access the full dataset.
Partial Data in PNG: Remember that the PNG format only captures what is visible on the screen. Use CSV or PDF for complete data.
