During a system outage (scheduled or unexpected), there may be delays in displaying logs in the E-Logs mobile app. Please use paper logs and the E-Logs mobile app to record your time. The ELD still records your logged driving time and will display it in the app once the outage is resolved.
If you encounter a roadside inspection during this incident, take steps to comply with the requirements of eCFR:49 395.34 governing ELD malfunctions by producing this message and presenting electronic/paper logs.
Review your Unassigned Logs for the last two days to accept any of your driving logs. For more information, see Updating and Revising Logs in the E-Logs Mobile app.
