Drivers can reset their password on the login screen of the E-Logs Mobile App by selecting Forgot Password? which will send reset instructions to the driver's email.
Additionally, a manager can send password reset instructions to their driver's email from the T3 E-Logs web app.
Sending Password Reset Instructions to a Driver
Log into the E-Logs web app of T3.
Select Drivers in the left menu.
Locate the driver from the table and scroll to the right to select the settings ellipsis. Click Edit.
From the Edit form, select Send password reset.
Click Save once completed.
