Easily view asset data from your John Deere equipment in T3 with the JDLink integration. With a quick setup, you can bring select telematics data from JDLink-enabled machines directly into your T3 Fleet platform via the AEMP Telematics Standard (ISO 15143-3), no additional hardware required.

What You Need Before You Start
The JDLink integration requires a few pre-requisites to ensure a smooth setup.
Asset & Hardware Requirements
Your equipment must have a JDLink Mobile Telematics Gateway (MTG) installed from the factory or added later. Check with your dealer if you're unsure.
Account & Subscription Access
An active JDLink subscription is required. The machine must be sending data via a JDLink Connectivity plan.
An active T3 subscription is required.
The asset must be assigned to an organization in the John Deere Operations Center.
User Credentials & Permissions
A valid MyJohnDeere login tied to your organization.
Admin-level access (Organization Management Level 2) within JDLink.
Manager or Admin-Level role within T3.
Setting Up the JDLink Integration
Log into T3 Fleet.
Navigate to the Company page and select Integrations tab. The Integrations homepage will display.
3. Locate the JDLink card and select Add integration button.
4. Select Connect to JDLink.
5. The John Deere Sign In window will display. Enter your username and select Next.
6. Enter your password and select Sign In.
T3 does not store or have access to your John Deere JDLink credentials.
7. A window will ask if you allow access for T3 to your account with JDLink. Select Allow Access.
8. You will be returned to the Add John Deere JDLink page in T3. Select Enable T3 access.
9. A new Connect with T3 window will display. Your company name will populate in the Organization field. Ensure the toggles are ON (green) next to Name and Organization. Then select Save.
10. You will be returned to the Add John Deere JDLink page. Select the Finish button. The integration status will be Pending while the data imports.
11. Once the tracker device records for the OEM are available in T3, the status of the card will change to Connected.
