Allowing Third Party Cookies for Troubleshooting

Some features may not work correctly if your browser blocks third-party cookies. Allowing them temporarily can help resolve login issues, loading problems, or integrations not functioning as expected.

Follow the steps below to allow third-party cookies in your browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots in the top right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Select Third-party cookies.

  6. Choose Allow third-party cookies.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Click the three dots in the top right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Click Cookies and site permissions.

  5. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data.

  6. Turn off the setting for Block third-party cookies.

Safari

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click Safari in the top menu.

  3. Select Settings (or Preferences).

  4. Click the Privacy tab.

  5. Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking.

After Updating Settings

Once you've allowed third-party cookies:

  1. Close and reopen your browser.

  2. Sign in again and try the action that was previously failing.
