Completing a Work Order

Instructions on how to mark a Work Order as completed.

Using T3's Work Order feature, a service mechanic can complete a Work Order once the issue is resolved. 

Note: A user with the user-level role must be assigned to a Work Order to close it.

  • Select Service from the left menu. 

  • The Work Orders table displays. Select a Work Order from the list. 

  • Once the Work Order has been completed, the service mechanic can select Complete.

  • The Work Order is now marked as completed.
