The Search on the T3 Fleet Map makes it faster and easier to find assets, geofences, and locations. Results load in real time and are organized in a single, easy-to-navigate panel, helping you quickly locate the information you need to make informed decisions.

Using Asset Search

Within the T3 Fleet web app, you can use a variety of searchable identifiers to locate your assets.

To search for an asset:

  1. From the left menu, select Map.

  2. Find the Search bar at the top of the page.

  3. Type a keyword and see results appear automatically.

  4. Press Enter to view a total count of assets that match your search.

You can search by:

  • Custom Name

  • Model

  • Driver Name

  • Serial Number

  • Description

  • VIN

  • Make Name

  • Tracker Device Serial Number

  • Street, City, or State Abbreviation

  • Geofence Name

Tip: The five most recent searches are saved and display automatically when you click into the search bar.

Navigating Search Results

As you type, search results dynamically populate in a single panel at the top of the Map page. Results are grouped for clarity under:

  • Assets

  • Geofences

  • Locations

Select a result to zoom directly to that asset or location on the map. You can toggle between categories to focus on the results that matter most.

Searching by Geofence

You can search for geofences to locate assets within or near a specific area.

To search by geofence:

  1. Type a geofence name into the search bar.

  2. Select a geofence from the list to zoom into that area on the map. Assets in the geofence will display automatically.

No Results Found

If no matches appear, T3 provides a clear message so you can adjust your search and try again.
