Using asset filters in the T3 Fleet web app provides a quick way to narrow down what you see in the asset list and the map.

  • Your filtered selections will auto-save so you'll see the same data narrowed down for the next time you log in. Or you can save as a preset and use again.

  • You can customize and interact with the filters to find what you need.

  • The Category filters along the left panel and filters along the top interact with one another.

  • Quick options allow you to Clear Selection, Reset and Only select an option.

  • Use Presets to save a filter and use again. For more information, see Saving Asset Presets.

Getting Started

Category Filters (left panel)

To get started, select any of the Category filters along the left panel. The map and asset list will display only the items selected.

Don't see an asset in the categories filter? It may not be assigned to a category. Assign one to make it visible and stay organized.

Primary Filters (top center)

The filters along the top are dynamic and will narrow down based on the Category selected.

Don't see the filters along the top? Stretch your browser window.

Select the filter option and use the Search or select the checkbox next to the option. Once selected, the total asset count box will turn blue, indicating it is included in the filter.

Within each filter, you can Reset which will clear the options selected and allow you to start over.

Hover over an option to see Only appear, which will filter that option only and de-select the others within that section.

Select X to clear the filters in that section.

All Filters (Filters button)

All filters and presets are available using the Filters button.

To apply these filters, expand the section and make a selection.

Use the search within each section to find what you need.

To reset, select Clear all filters.
