Deleting a Work Order or Inspection

Instructions on how to remove a Work Order or Inspection from T3's Work Order feature.

Removing a Work Order or Inspection from the T3 Work Order system can only be done by a Manager or Owner-level.

Removing Assets from a Maintenance Group

To remove all assets from a maintenance or service group and restart the setup, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the maintenance group.

  2. Remove all associated assets.

  3. Recreate the maintenance group and configure it as needed.

Editing and Removing Recurring Intervals

To stop a recurring work order interval, such as a Weekly Inspection, from generating for all assets in a maintenance group:

  1. Open the maintenance group settings.

  2. Locate the recurring interval you want to remove (e.g., Weekly Inspection).

  3. Remove the interval. This action will apply to all assets within the group.

  • Log into T3's Fleet web app.

  • Select Service from the left menu.

  • Locate the Work Order or Inspection and click the blue ID link to open the ticket.

  • From the Actions button across the top, select Delete.

  • Confirm the deletion. The WO or Inspection is now removed. Note: When clearing a maintenance group, each work order must be deleted individually before proceeding.
