Keeping track of all your mixed fleet is essential when managing your operations. With Inventory, you can take the guesswork out of available equipment for upcoming projects.

  • Take action on your equipment by internally renting or assigning them to your projects and jobs. Once the asset is assigned to a project, it will transition to an "On-Rent" status in your inventory collection, making you aware the equipment is being used at the moment. Additionally, you can enter job site details, the time needed, and rates to keep track of your equipment.

  • Once the project is complete, you can easily off-rent (unassign) the asset and it will update the status in your inventory, so you know it's available for upcoming projects. Stay organized and plan better for future needs.

On-Renting (Assigning) Your Equipment or Vehicles to a Job

  • Select Inventory from the left menu in T3's Fleet web app.

  • Expand a row for the equipment class needed for your project.

  • Find an Available status (a status of Make Ready, Ready to Rent, or Soft Down).

  • From the action ellipsis on the far right, select On-Rent.

  • Enter the contact information, jobsite details, the time needed, and rate (optional).

    • When selecting your date range, you can only select a Start Date within 3 days.

    • The Rental Jobsite is your previously rented jobsites that are in our T3 system. To add a new rental jobsite, select Create rental jobsite. See Creating a Rental Jobsite for Internally Renting Equipment for more information.

    • Add optional rates.

  • The asset is now On-Rent.

Off-Renting (Unassigning) Your Equipment or Vehicle When Project is Complete

  • Select Inventory from the left menu in T3's Fleet web app.

  • Use the Statuses filter across the top to filter inventory by "On-Rent".

  • Locate the asset from your inventory.

  • From the action ellipsis on the far right, select Off-Rent.

  • The asset is now available for other projects.

Editing On-rent Details when Jobsite Needs Change

  • Select Inventory from the left menu in T3's Fleet web app.

  • Use the Statuses filter across the top to filter inventory by "On-Rent".

  • Locate the asset from your inventory.

  • From the action ellipsis on the far right, select Edit Rental.
