Easily view asset data from your Case equipment in T3 with the Case SiteWatch integration. With a quick setup, you can bring select telematics data from SiteWatch-enabled machines directly into your T3 Fleet platform via the AEMP Telematics Standard (ISO 15143-3), no additional hardware required.
For more information on the capabilities of AEMP integrations in T3, check out the T3 OEM Integrations Overview article.
What You Need Before You Start
The SiteWatch integration requires a few pre-requisites to ensure a smooth setup.
Asset & Hardware Requirements
Your equipment must have SiteWatch installed from the factory, or added later.
Confirm that your machines are activated and reporting to SiteWatch. If you’re unsure, contact your Case dealer or support.
Account & Subscription Access
An active SiteWatch subscription with machines assigned and sending data.
An active T3 subscription is required.
User Credentials & Permissions
Valid SiteWatch OAuth Client Credentials. Don't have credentials?
API Key
Manager or Admin-Level role within T3.
Setting Up the SiteWatch Integration
Log into T3 Fleet.
Navigate to the Company page and select the Integrations tab. The Integrations homepage will display.
Locate the Case integration and select Add integration.
Enter the credentials you received from Case:
Username
Password
Client ID
Client Secret
Note: Your credentials must be requested from Case. See How to Request Your Credentials below to learn more.
Click Submit credentials. T3 will validate the credentials and begin syncing your SiteWatch data.
You will be returned to the OEM Integrations page.
The integration status will be Pending while the data imports.
Once the feeds for the equipment in the OEM fleet are available in T3, the status of the card will change to Connected.
Once the integration has a Connected status, you can begin assigning the feeds to assets created in T3. The feeds appear in T3 as tracker devices. For more information, see Assigning a Tracker Device to An Asset in T3.
