T3 allows service mechanics to manually complete or reset their Service Interval requests on an asset.

If you use the Work Orders feature in T3, completing the service ticket automatically resets the preventative service interval. If you do not use the Work Orders feature in T3, you must manually complete or reset the service interval within T3.

Manually Completing a Service Interval

  • Log into T3's Fleet web app.

  • Click Map from the left navigation menu.

  • Locate the asset using the Service Interval request. Click Details

  • Click Service (at the top).

  • Hover over the Name field for the interval you'd like to update.

  • The Service Details form will display. Fill in the information and click Complete

  • The updates have been made to the asset's service maintenance interval, and the interval will reset.
