If you are trying to log in and see EquipmentShare T3 momentarily and then the log in fails, follow these steps. 

  • Begin to log in again and after the fail, check the address bar in your browser for the red X symbol. 

  • Right-click the red X and select Show Cookies and other site data. 

  • Select Blocked tab. 

  • Under the Blocked tab, select auth0 cookie and click Allow at the bottom of the screen. And then select Done

  • Begin to log in again and the issue will be resolved.
