If you are trying to log in and see EquipmentShare Track momentarily and then the log in fails, follow these steps.
- Begin to log in again and after the fail, check the address bar in your browser for the red X symbol.
- Right-click the red X and select Show Cookies and other site data.
- Select Blocked tab.
- Under the Blocked tab, select auth0 cookie and click Allow at the bottom of the screen. And then select Done.
- Begin to log in again and the issue will be resolved.
