T3’s E-Logs web and mobile apps allow commercial drivers to log Hours of Service (HOS), complete DVIRs, and maintain FMCSA compliance.
Before a driver can use the E-Logs mobile app, they must be created in the E-Logs web app.
Only users with a Manager or Owner role can add, edit, or remove E-Logs drivers.
Before You Begin
Determine whether the driver needs:
Access to both T3 and the E-Logs mobile app, or
Access to the E-Logs mobile app only
The setup process differs depending on access level. Incomplete or mismatched setup can lead to login errors; refer to the troubleshooting section for guidance.

Troubleshooting Driver Profile Errors
Driver profile errors in the E-Logs app, such as "No Profile Found," "No driver found for authenticated user," or "Unauthorized user," typically occur when a driver’s profile is not properly set up or configured in the system. Below is a guide to understanding and resolving these issues.
Common Errors Related to Driver Profiles
No Profile Found: This error appears when the driver exists in the system but has not been set up as an E-Logs driver.
No Driver Found for Authenticated User/Unauthorized User: This occurs when the person exists as a user in the system (e.g., T3) but does not have a Driver profile.
No Driver Profile Message: This message indicates that the driver does not yet have an active driver profile in the system.
Steps to Verify and Create Driver Profiles
Verify Profile Existence:
Check the driver list in the E-Logs web app to confirm whether the driver has an existing profile.
If the profile exists, ensure it is active and properly configured for E-Logs access.
Create a Driver Profile:
If no profile exists, create one by entering the driver’s required details, such as name and license information, in compliance with your organization’s settings.
Configuring Profiles for E-Logs Access
After creating a general driver profile, ensure the driver is added to the E-Logs module.
Both the general driver profile and E-Logs configuration must be completed for the driver to successfully log in to the E-Logs app.
Troubleshooting Tips
Double-check that all required fields in the driver profile are filled out accurately.
Ensure the driver’s profile is linked to the correct modules, such as E-Logs.
If errors persist, consult your system’s admin portal or support documentation for additional guidance.
