Requesting Service from the Rent App

Instructions on what to do when you need service for an asset this is on-rent.

If a rental asset isn't operating as it should, a service request can instantly be submitted from the Rent app. After the service is requested, a Work Order is created from the T3 system, and a service technician will contact you soon to schedule a visit and determine the next steps.

  • Open the Rent app on your device.

    • If you haven't downloaded the Rent mobile app, check out these links to download the app. Use your T3 login credentials.

  • Select My Rentals along the bottom.

  • Select the On-Rent category across the top.

  • Find the rental that is requiring service for your list of rentals and click to open the details.

  • Scroll to the bottom and select Add next to Request Service.

  • Complete the details of the request, including adding images.

  • Select Request Service where the request will send to the closest EquipmentShare branch.
