The T3 Assets page brings asset viewing and management into a single, streamlined workspace. It includes allocation tools, availability controls, expanded data fields, and an improved search and filtering experience. These make it easier to locate, organize, and take action on assets across your fleet.

Searching for Assets

The Assets page includes a simplified, more intuitive search bar designed to help users quickly locate assets using familiar identifiers.

Global Search

Use the global search field at the top of the page to look up assets by:

  • Product name

  • Asset description

  • Make or model

  • Serial number or VIN

  • System ID

  • Other key asset details

The search automatically scans all available asset data and returns matching results in real time.

Using Filters

Filters now appear prominently across the top of the page, making it faster to refine asset lists without navigating away or opening additional panels.

Available Filters

Users can filter assets by:

  • Manufacturer

  • Model

  • Year

  • Groups

  • Ownership

  • Service Status (Soft Down, Hard Down, Needs Inspection, or No Status)

  • Legacy Category

  • Legacy Class

  • Legacy Branch

Select one or multiple filters to narrow your view. Filters can be removed individually to broaden results again.

Customizing Columns

The new Column Customizer allows users to tailor the table to their workflow.

Up to 17 data points can be shown or hidden, including:

  • License plate

  • Serial number

  • VIN

  • Service status

  • Ownership

  • Location

  • And more

Columns can also be sorted, pinned, or rearranged using the table header controls.

Allocation and Availability Tools

With the retirement of the Inventory page, allocation and availability actions now live directly on the Assets page.

Key Actions

  • Allocate an asset from the row’s action menu

  • Mark an asset as Available

  • View asset counts using the All, Allocated, and Available counters above the table

These tools allow teams to quickly assess availability and manage fleet distribution from one place.

Table Actions

Additional actions are available from the top-right corner of the table:

  • Export all asset data or only the filtered view

  • Access the Archived Assets table

  • Navigate to Category and Class pages for further setup or management
