Viewing and Managing Site Camera Footage in the Album in T3 Site Monitoring

Learn how to view and manage saved footage from the album in T3 Site Monitoring.

The Album stores saved events, recorded clips, and time-lapses for a site in one place.

Site Monitoring is available to T3 Site Camera customers. For more information, contact t3support@equipmentshare.com.

Open the Album

  1. From T3 Fleet, select Site Monitoring.

  2. Select the site you want to view.

  3. Select Album from the site navigation.

Browse Album content

Use the content filters at the top of the Album to choose what appears:

  • All: View all Album content.

  • Saved Events: View events that were saved from the Events tab.

  • Recorded Clips: View clips created from recorded camera footage.

  • Timelapses: View weekly and requested time-lapses.

You can also search for videos or filter content by camera, event type, resolution, tags, or date. Use Sort to change the order in which items appear.

View weekly time-lapses

A weekly time-lapse is automatically added to the Album every Monday for each camera at the site.

Select Timelapses to view the available recordings. Select a thumbnail to open and play a time-lapse.

Request a custom time-lapse

Create a custom time-lapse when you need footage from a specific camera and time period.

  1. Select Timelapses.

  2. Open the three-dot menu on the Weekly timelapse card.

  3. Select Request a timelapse.

  4. Select the source camera.

  5. Enter the start date and time.

  6. Enter the end date and time.

  7. Select Submit request.

The time-lapse may take time to process depending on the length of the requested period.

To check its progress, open the three-dot menu on the Weekly timelapse card and select View Requests. Completed time-lapses appear in the Album.

Review an Album item

Select an item to open its details. Depending on the content type, the details may include:

  • Video playback controls

  • The camera or trailer associated with the footage

  • The date and time the footage was recorded

  • The footage duration

  • The location where the event occurred

  • Comments and other available information

Manage Album items

Album items can be downloaded, shared, or deleted using the available item actions. Use Select when you need to choose content from the Album before completing an action.
