Manage T3 Site Monitoring Settings

Learn how to manage notifications, sleep hours, arming schedules, and emergency contacts for a camera site.

Site settings apply to the selected site and override any global defaults.

Note: Site Monitoring is available to T3 Site Camera customers. For more information or help accessing these features, contact T3 Support at t3support@equipmentshare.com.

Open the site settings

  1. In T3 Fleet, select Site Monitoring.

  2. Select the site you want to manage.

  3. Select Settings from the site navigation.

The Settings page includes options for notifications, arming schedules, and site contacts.

Create a notification

Notifications can alert you when selected activity is detected by one or more cameras.

  1. From the Notifications tab, select Add Notification.

  2. Choose the event you want to be notified about.

  3. Select the cameras the notification should apply to.

  4. Choose when the notification should be active:

    • 24/7: The notification is always active.

    • Follow Arming Schedule: Notifications are sent only while the site is armed.

    • Custom: Choose the active times and days for the notification.

  5. Choose whether to receive the notification by text message or email.

  6. Save the notification.

Saved notifications appear on the Notifications tab. Select an existing notification to edit its settings.

Notifications cannot currently be deleted. Turn off a notification when you no longer want it to be active.

Set sleep hours

Sleep hours prevent notifications from being sent to you during a selected period, regardless of whether the site is armed. This is a personal setting and doesn’t effect other team members or professional monitors from being alerted.

Events that occur during sleep hours still appear in the event timeline and can be reviewed later.

To set sleep hours:

  1. Find the Sleep Hours card on the Notifications tab.

  2. Select Edit.

  3. Choose when sleep hours should begin and end.

  4. Save the changes.

Create an arming schedule

An arming schedule automatically arms and disarms the site based on its operating hours.

  1. Select the Arming Schedule tab.

  2. Select Add Schedule.

  3. Enter a name for the schedule.

  4. Choose the start and end times.

  5. Choose whether the schedule should repeat or run one time.

  6. For a repeating schedule, select the active days.

  7. Save the schedule.

Review site contacts

Select Site Contacts to review the site information and emergency contacts associated with the location.

The primary and secondary contacts identify who should be contacted if a security issue occurs. Select Set as Primary when a different contact should become the site’s primary emergency contact.
