Setting up Mobile Push Notifications for Open Work Orders & Inspections

Instructions on how to update profile settings to receive mobile push notifications for open work orders and inspections in the T3 system.

Stay on top of open Work Orders and Inspections in a few simple steps. Once set up, you will receive a push notification anytime a Work Order or Inspection is created manually or auto-generated.

T3 Web App

  • From the T3 Fleet web app, select Profile in the left menu.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen to Work Order Notification Settings.

  • Select the checkbox for Mobile App for Notifications for All New Work Orders.

    • For All New Work Orders, you can customize your notification and select your branch(es). You will only receive open Work Order or Inspection push notifications for the branch selected.

  • Select Save preferences once you are done.

Link Mobile App

  • Select the flyover menu from the Link mobile app (top left corner).

  • Select Notification Settings.

  • Select the Mobile / Push checkbox for Notifications for Workers Created in Branch.

  • Next, customize your notification and select your branch(es). You will only receive open Work Order or Inspection push notifications for the branch selected.

  • Select Save once you are done.

Note: You will not receive a push notification for a Work Order or Inspection you created. You do not receive notifications for actions performed by yourself on a Work Order.
