Within T3, company Owners and Managers can add service documentation and link resources which will be displayed for all Work Orders and Inspections. Some examples of service documentation would be equipment manuals, safety procedures and guidelines, vendor contacts, compliance documents, training materials, and more. Streamline operations, improve safety, and enhance the overall efficiency of Work Orders and Inspections with this T3 feature.

Adding Service Documentation and Resource Links to T3

Only an Owner or Manager level can add service documentation to T3 for the company level.

  • Open T3 Fleet web app.

  • Select Company from the left menu.

  • Select the Account tab.

  • Scroll to the Company Service Documentation section. You can add your document links using the editor and basic markdown.

  • To add a link: Select the Link icon along the top. It will drop a tooltip for you to enter a header and the hyperlink (URL).

  • Select the Preview link to see how it looks before saving.

  • Once you are done, select Save documentation.

Accessing Company Service Documentation in a Work Order

  • Open a Work Order or Inspection on the Service page of the T3 Fleet web app.

  • Find a Work Order or Inspection.
