The T3 Assets page includes powerful search tools that allow users to quickly locate equipment by filtering asset data across various fields. Use the multi-search functionality to search by All, Name, Make, Model, Year, VIN, Serial, Group and System ID.
ALL Search Type
Choosing All will search all fields in the Assets page and is best used for quick, broad searches.
Each new keyword clears the previous one. Only one keyword is used at a time.
For example: Entering "Excavator" displays all assets with that word in any column. Typing "2020" afterward replaces the previous search and shows only results related to "2020".
Specific Search Types (Name, Make, Model, etc.)
These options support combined search, which means multiple keywords can be entered. This is best for narrowing results within a single column. Select the "X" next to the search term to remove that filter and update the results.
Name: Filter by multiple asset names.
Make: Search across several makes such as "JLG" or "Genie".
Model, Year, VIN, Serial, Group, System ID: All support combined search.
For example, select Make and enter "JLG" and "Genie", then select Year and enter "2024" to find all JLG or Genie assets manufactured in 2024.
