Accessing Equipment Information with T3 Asset Insight™ QR Codes

T3 Asset Insight™ gives you instant access to equipment details by scanning a QR code on an asset. Whether you’re a customer or simply on-site with a machine, T3 Asset Insight™ helps you:

  • Verify equipment status at a glance.

  • Complete and log inspections.

  • View inspection history.

  • Access service manuals.

  • Use AI-powered assistance to troubleshoot equipment.

  • Toggle language based on preference (English or Spanish).

How to Access T3 Asset Insight™

  1. Locate the QR code sticker on the asset.

  2. Open your phone’s camera app and scan the QR code.

  3. Tap the link that appears to open the asset’s page.

  4. Log in with T3 credentials (if you’re a T3 customer) to unlock additional features.

Logged-In Experience (T3 Users)

When you log in with your T3 credentials, you’ll see the full set of Asset Insight features:

  • Full equipment details (odometer, last startup, battery, tracker health).

  • Inspection checklists & history — simple 5-point inspections to pass or fail items, including photo uploads with each record. Note: This is currently not tied to the Inspections feature within T3 or Link mobile app.

  • Service manuals available directly from the asset page.

  • AI Service Assistant, that:

    • Pulls service manuals and technical resources.

    • Answers questions about the specific asset you scanned and will search additional assets that you have permission to access.

    • Surfaces T3 data you already have permission to access.

  • Keypad instructions:

    • Standard keypads

    • Near Field Communication (NFC) GLOW keypads

Navigation Menu

When you scan a QR code and log in, use the menu (☰) in the top left to move between features:

  • Keypad Help – Troubleshooting instructions for keypad types (including NFC Quick Access).

  • Asset – Detailed asset page with odometer, operating hours, tracker health, etc.

  • AI Service Assistant – AI-powered chatbot that pulls manuals and asset data to answer questions.
