Company users can be given access to Site Monitoring for every site or only specific sites.
Site Monitoring is available to T3 Site Camera customers. For more information, contact t3support@equipmentshare.com.
Before you begin
The person must be added as a user within your T3 company.
If they are not listed on the Users page, follow the steps in Add a user to your company in T3 before assigning Site Monitoring permissions.
Enable Site Monitoring access
Select Company from the T3 navigation.
Open the Users tab.
Find the user who needs access.
Select the three-dot menu at the end of the user’s row.
Select the option to edit the user’s permissions.
Under User Permissions, enable Can access Site Monitoring.
Choose which sites the user can access
After enabling Site Monitoring access, choose the appropriate site permission:
All current and future sites: The user automatically receives access to every current site and any sites added later.
Selected sites: The user receives access only to the sites you select.
If you choose Selected sites, select each site the user should be able to monitor.
Save the user’s permissions when finished.
The user can now open Site Monitoring and view the cameras associated with the sites they have permission to access.
