Welcome to T3

T3 is a fully integrated suite of apps to connect construction workflows and data.

Here, you’ll find quick links to Help Resources and learn how to start with T3 by setting up a new user account and adding assets and users.

Helpful Resources

Our construction technology solutions help you get more work done at the jobsite, and our dedicated T3 Support Team answers your questions to help you keep things moving.

  • Click the Need Help button in T3 to directly connect you with our Support Team and to access self-serve help articles.

Install Tracker Devices

Whether you opt for an EquipmentShare installer to install the device or choose to do it yourself, connecting the device marks the initial stage in guaranteeing access to your equipment's data and location within T3. Below are our installation guides designed to assist you through this process.

Setting up your T3 account

The first step to setting up your T3 account is to check your email at the address you provided to the T3 team. You should receive an email with a username and a link to set up your account within T3

  • To activate your T3 account, click the link in your Welcome email. The link should take you to the login page.

  • Log in with the email address you’ve provided to the T3 team; this should be the same email address associated with your Welcome email.

NOTE: Are you an employee of a company trying to set up your individual T3 account? The Manager of your company’s account can add you as a user.

Once you’ve established and confirmed your T3 account, download Link, our mobile app for T3.

Link mobile app helps you take full advantage of all T3 has to offer and manage your fleet from your mobile device wherever you go.

Adding an Asset to T3

  • Open the T3 Fleet web app and select Assets or Inventory from the left menu.

  • Select the Add Asset button and then Single Asset.

  • Complete the Add New Asset form in three easy steps.

  • Select the Asset Type as equipment, vehicle, bucket, trailer, attachment, or small tool. This field is required.

Note: When selecting a vehicle, enter the VIN and the data will be validated using a universal database. If available, the vehicle's make, model, and year will automatically populate in Step 2 after selecting Next.

  • Enter information such as name, details, categorization, utilization, and assignment. For a description of each field, see the Asset Field Definitions section. These fields are optional.

Note: If the Category or Class doesn't exist in the system, select Add Category or Add Class, enter the details, and select Save.

Assign the Tracker Device to the Asset

  • Open the Tracker dropdown options which will display all the tracker device serial numbers for your company. These will already be loaded into T3 for your company! If you do not see your device, contact Customer Support.

  • Select the appropriate serial number tracker device for the asset you are adding to the system. You can type in the number or select from the dropdown options.

Note: For assistance with the Tracker assignment, see Tying an Asset to a Tracker Device.

  • Or, if you would like the T3 Customer Support team to connect your device with your assets in the system, complete the T3 Customer Self Install Form.

  • Select Next to continue.

  • Review the asset and make any updates before saving it to the system. Go back and edit any details directly from the review section. Select Submit once you are ready.

Adding Asset Photos

Once the asset is added to the system, you will be prompted with a page to Add Additional Asset Details. You can add up to six photos, with no size limitations, and in .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, and .heic format.

  • From the Add Photos section, drag and drop or select the photo uploader to add multiple photos of the asset.

  • The first photo added will be the Primary photo of the asset, displayed throughout T3. To update the Primary photo select the three ellipses in the top corner of the uploaded photo and select Set as primary.

  • The photos will save automatically! No need to hit save.

Note: To update or add any new photos to the existing asset, you'll need to navigate to the Edit page. From the Map view, select the asset, the Details button, and then Edit.

Adding Asset Files

Once the asset is added to the system, you will be prompted with a page to Add Additional Asset Details. You can add up to six files with no size limitations.

  • From the Add Files section, drag and drop or select the file uploader to add multiple files.

  • The files will save automatically! No need to hit save.

  • To open the files, select the File Name, and it will download for you to view.

Note: To update or add any new files to the existing asset, you'll need to navigate to the Edit page. From the Map view, select the asset, the Details button, and then Edit.

Adding Users to Your T3 Account

You’ll want to add Users to your T3 account so your team can easily access data. To add a user to your T3 account, you must be a Company Owner or Manager.

  • Open the T3 Fleet web app.

  • Click Company from the navigation menu on the left.

  • Then, select the Users tab, then select Add User. Or if adding multiple users, use the Bulk Add Users button.

  • Complete the user’s information form by including the user’s name, phone number, etc. Click Create when you’re done, and you should receive a confirmation notice that the user has been successfully created.

NOTE: A User role will not have access to viewing assets. Only users assigned to a Group with assets will have access. A Group is created by a company Manager or Owner, and it combines assets, users, and Geofences. For help creating and editing groups, see Creating a Group.
