When using the Link mobile app for time tracking, you can correct and revise time entries, depending upon T3 Time Cards company settings. Employees will want to use the Link mobile app to correct their entries, while their supervisor or administrator can update them using T3's Time Cards web application.

Viewing & Revising Time Entries

  • From the main menu in Link, select Time Cards.

  • Scroll to the bottom of your Time Card and select My Time Cards.

  • The current pay period will be the default view. Select a week to look at the daily details.

  • Click a day to open the daily entries.

Adding a Time Entry to the Day

  • Select Add Time/Work button to manually add an entry.

    • When selected, the Add Time/Work screen will display to select Clocked in, On Break, or Clocked Out entry type. Then update the Start Time & End Time along with Branch, Asset, Work Order, Job, or Work Code.

    • Select Save to add the time entry.

Revising an Existing Entry to the Day

  • Select the entry to revise from the day view of the time card.

  • Select the Revise Time/Work button.

    • When selected, the Revise Time screen will display, select Clocked in, On Break, or Clocked Out entry type. Then update the Start Time & End Time along with Branch, Asset, Work Order, Job, or Work Code.

    • Select Save to update the time entry.

Note: If you’re having issues adjusting time, contact your supervisor, who can update your time through the Time Cards web app in T3.

Explanation of Error Messages When Revising Time

Depending on when you are attempting to edit time entries, there may be scenarios where you see an error message. This may occur because your company's time card approval settings do not allow edits.

An example of messaging an employee will see when the company allows edits for an approved entry, but the system will automatically change it back to Unapproved status.

An example of messaging an employee will see when the company does not allow edits to an approved entry without an administrator changing the entry to unapproved in T3 Time Cards web.
