Using Asset Preset Filters in the T3 Map

Instructions on how to save a preset filter in the T3 Map to use again and again.

Enhance productivity and streamline your workflow using Preset filters in T3. Simply save your customized filter, give it a name, and it will remain accessible every time you log in, saving you valuable time.

Saving a Preset Filter

  • Access the T3 Fleet web app and select the Map page.

  • From the top right, open All Filters.

  • Select filter options such as Asset Status, Asset Location, Geofences, and more that apply to your operational needs.

  • Select Save as Preset along the bottom.

  • Give the preset a custom name and select Save preset.

  • The preset will display in the dropdown Preset option. Once you select a preset, the filters will instantly update the map, showing only the assets you care about.

The preset will be accessible whenever you log in to T3 until you delete it.

Deleting a Preset Filter

Managing preset filters is easy in T3. You can create and delete all within a few clicks.

  • Access the T3 Fleet web app and select the Map page.

  • From the top right, select the preset option from the dropdown.

  • Open All Filters and select Delete Preset along the bottom.
