The four columns that are most helpful when reviewing tracker device health are:

  • Last GPS Contact: This column shows the last date and time the tracker had a GPS contact.

  • Last Check-In Time: This column indicates the last time the tracker device checked in, regardless of whether it reported a GPS location.

  • Last Address: This column shows the last known address where the asset was located.

  • GPS Health: This column shows the device's status as Healthy or Unstable.

Interpreting the Report

Comparing the Last GPS Contact and Last Check-In Time

Look at the date in the Last GPS Contact column and compare it with the date in the Last Check-In Time to see if there is a significant gap. If there is, contact Customer Support for further investigation.

Analyzing Last Address

Review the Last Address column. If the asset has been used recently and the Last Address columns have not been updated to reflect the activity, contact Customer Support for further investigation.

Review the GPS Health

Check the GPS Health column. Tracker devices may be listed as Unstable in the GPS Health column due to weak cellular or satellite connections. These are not cause for alarm unless the date in the last GPS contact is 72+ hours old. If it has been more than 72 hours, contact Customer Support for further investigation.
