Understanding your T3 Dash Cam Health

Instructions on determining the health of your T3 Dash Cam by reviewing the icons or the Camera Health Report on the T3 Camera page.

On the T3 Camera page, you can see your T3 Dash Cam's current status, whether healthy or unhealthy, to understand if it's functioning properly or requires attention. Quickly glance at the icons to assess the condition.

The icons will display next to the asset and are clickable to dive into more details.

Healthy Status

Unhealthy Status

Note: If you experience an unhealthy status, it is recommended that you physically inspect the T3 Dash Cam. If the issue continues, please contact our T3 Customer Support team using the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

Viewing the Camera Health Report

To further understand your T3 Dash Cam's health, review the Camera Health Report as found when you select the healthy or unhealthy status icon.

Definition

Last Camera Heartbeat

The date and time of the most recent camera's heartbeat. This data point should be more recent than the last GPS log (most recent camera activity), because the camera stays on briefly after the vehicle's engine is turned off. If the camera's heartbeat is behind the last GPS log, it will state "Lagging"

Last GPS Log

The date and time of the most recent activity from the tracker (engine on/off).

Camera Covered

Indicates if the camera is covered as of the last snapshot (yes/no). A photo may be included and can be selected to see a larger image.

No Driver Detected

Indicates if there have been no recent driver-detected events (yes/no). A photo may be included and can be selected to see a larger image.

Storage 1 & 2

Indicates the status of the Storage; OK or an error message.
