Customize Scorecard Settings
Log into your T3 account with administrator privileges.
Once logged in, select the Driver Safety tab from the main dashboard.
In the Driver Safety tab, look for the Settings option and select it.
In the Settings panel, click on Scorecard Settings. This will open the safety events and their categories.
From the list, you can adjust the Event Severity, Self Coaching Threshold, Driver Training Threshold, and Coaching-by-Manager Threshold from this page by sliding the blue bar left or right for higher or lower points.
In the upper-right corner, you can configure the scorecard by driver, vehicle, or disables. If you change the mode, you will be prompted with warnings about changing the settings.
Editing Categories
Select Edit Categories to adjust the weight.
The percentages must sum to 100%. You can see the calculation in the upper right-hand corner, with an additional option to hit “Reset.”
Select New Category to edit the category. You can then pick up the events from the other categories and drag them into that newly created category.
After selecting the desired options, click Save Changes to finalize the setup. Be sure to click Save any time you navigate away from the Settings page to ensure your selections are updated.
