EquipmentShare Track users are assigned a role depending on the level of permissions they need. Owners, Admins and Managers can assign roles under Company > Users.

User
A User is given their own login and can see the assets assigned to them through Groups. For more information see Creating a Group. The User role cannot edit, delete or view other users. 

Manager
A Manager has unlimited viewable permissions. They can see all assets, add new users, and can edit the Manager and User roles only and can delete Users and Drivers.

Owner
An Owner has unlimited viewable permissions. They can see all assets, add new users, and can edit the Manager, User, and Owner roles and can delete Users and Drivers

Driver
A Driver cannot access EquipmentShare Track but can access their E-logs account via the Contractor's E-Logs app. 

Admin
An Admin role is an internal, EquipmentShare-only role. Admins have unlimited viewable permissions. They can see all assets, add new users, and can edit the Manager and User roles and can delete Users and Drivers

If the role you are assigned needs to be changed or edited, please see your company Manager, Admin, or Owner
