Exporting Time Entries in T3's Time Cards Web App

T3's Time Cards can compile your employee's time entries and export them to a file that is compatible with your HR's payroll system.

  • The AccountLinx, Spectrum, Kronos, and Paycor files can be used for HR purposes like auditing regular, personal, and overtime hours for paying their employees. These files can be directly uploaded to their payroll system name (i.e., the AccountLinx file can upload to an AccountLinx system).

  • The EquipmentShare file and Entry Summary files provide data for analytics purposes, like understanding how employees use their time for specific jobs or work orders.

Note: Some fields in the file will display without data due to the system not capturing specific information.

Exporting a File

  • Select the dropdown arrow underneath Export data to locate the file you'd like to export.

  • Select the file and then click the Send icon.

  • Type the user's name in the search bar or select a recent recipient.

  • Click Send when ready.

  • A Success Confirmation message will display. Check your inbox for the export file. It must be downloaded within 24 hours before the link expires.
